Just a quick hello tonight

I feel like there's a conspiracy against me. I can't tell you how many magazines or articles online that I've read that say people who get a good night's sleep lose more weight than those who don't. Today's article stated that those who slept 7 1/2 hours lost 55% more than those who slept 65%.

I'm Screwed!!!

I'm a horrible insomniac. Since Abby was born, I'm lucky if I can get myself to wind down by 1am. Most nights it's 2am before I turn out the light and I'm up between 6 and 6:30am. *sigh* I could blame the baby, but she's actually getting better as weeks go by. It's just me and my quirkiness I guess. The sleep part in my brain did not get the memo, or else she just ignored it and carried on with being elusive.

Oh well... I'll work on it. Starting tonight! 11:30pm and I'm signing off of BOTH computers! Who's willing to bet that Abby will be up 2-3 times now that I'm actually attempting to go to bed early?? Murphy's Law you know!

Oh, one more thing!! My goals...

Walk at least 20 minutes at work.. check!
Journal everything, even if you don't want to... check, check!
Drink water until you cannot stand to be farther than a 3 minute walk from any given bathroom... check, check, check!

Party on!! One day down, six to go!

    Once A starts sleeping for a few more hours between starting taking some Tylenol PM. It puts me right to sleep within 30 minutes of taking ONE!
