1/4/16 - 195.6 - Officially back on track after more food, drinks and fun. OY!
1/8/16 - 189.6 - Shed the New Year's Gain! WOOHOO!!
1/13/16 - 190.2 - Only 1/2 a week and Sunday was rough, so I'm good.
1/18/16 - 195.8 - After 4 days of vacation, I'll take it! Day 1 of 28-day Challenge today!!
1/22/16 - 192.8 - This is coming off slower than I'd hoped. *sigh*
1/29/16 - 190.6 - Down 5 pounds since starting the challenge!

2/5/16 - 189.0 - Down 1.6 and successfully did not weight myself all week!
2/14/16 - 190.2 - 5 1/2 pounds lost in 28 days... I'll take it.
2/19/16 - 189.8 - After splurging on Valentine's Day & a week of pneumonia.
2/26/16 - 188.2 - Booya! Even with ToM!!

3/4/16 - 186.8 - So close to 10 pounds!!
3/11/16 - 187.8 - I deserved that.
3/18/16 - 189.6 - *sigh*

4/1/16 - 191.2 - NOT happy! First week of tri training. Horrible April Fools Joke!
4/8/16 - 190.2 - FINALLY headed down again!!

4/18/16 - 199.8 - Vacation is over - Let the 40-Day Spring Challenge Begin!
4/22/16 - 191.4 - I'll take it!!
4/29/16 - 190.0 - So close, but still headed south!

5/13/16 - 190.0 - but I'm not TRYING to maintain!
5/20/16 - 188.0 - FINALLY!
5/27/16 - 189.4 - Challenge loss total of 10.4 pounds!!

Total loss from Jan 2015 to Jan 2016 is 25.25" & 19 lbs overall!!

Pants size: Most of my 12s are tight, so I'm back in a lot of 13/14s

Pants size: 11/12 are a touch tight... Time to buckle down!!
