Hi, my name is Lyndsay and I'm an emotional eater.

UGH!! This week has sucked! A lot of stress and personal things I've been dealing with this week have led to horrible eating. And I mean HORRIBLE!! I was doing so good today and then tanked after I picked up the girls from daycare. My van went straight to the Holiday Station and my hand grabbed 3 of those huge cookies. I ate 2! UGH! Then, instead of getting a healthy sub... I buckled and got the buffalo chicken sandwhich I've been craving since I saw a co-worker with one on Monday. LOL I'll get past this... just one more hurdle. There's a lot of stress in the real world. I need to find a way to become an emotional exerciser. :)
